While some techies are still weighing the gadget’s Pros and Con’s in an endless debate either over print, blog or video medias. I discovered a very chic laptop that for me might be a competition with the IPAD.
It’s the Lenovo ThinkPad U1,
Personally, I am not a gadget person or what they call a tech wizard!, but being a consumer i simply go for style, easy to carry and it has to be a need. No use buying an expensive gadget if i am just going to use it once a decade (don't you agree?)
If I were to choose, I would go for this one! This will definitely put me in the spotlight (if in case i own one) . Of course having the IPAD is a dream come true. Which might render your Laptop obsolete (in the near future); I would rather have a gadget that can be use as a laptop and a Tablet at the same time.

i guess what lets laptops down is Windows most of the time. Ganda nga ng design but when you open it... ehe... kaya lang mahal talaga ng Apple but i still want their gadgets

That is still tentative since there is no release date for this product as of the moment! :)
@Rygel -- I agree.. apple is still the top chic gadgets for 2009 and even this year. but then again, boring naman ng IPAD. :)
